Yde and Marjan moved this weekend to the new house in de Joure. Yde was living 5 years and Marjan 3 years in the old farmhouse. In the wintertime it was sometimes an ordeal and the damn toilet was leaking all the time. Beside that also "Kobus"is still haunting the place usely at full moon.
Sjoukje and Ricardo will move in likely next week.

That new house looks beautiful! I didn't understand the "Kobus" that you referred to in your comment about the old farmhouse. How far is the new house from your home now Fokke?

Kobus was the grandfather of the last farmer. In 1987 we moved into the old farm. At the first night we heard some strange noise in the boilervault upstairs , and it was not the boiler, because it was a voice and some banging. After some time we found out that if we leave the door open it was quiet, when it was closed we could hear "him". So we assumed that he didn't like the door closed, presumably when Kobus was a child his parents locked him up in that closet. But when it is full moon Kobus his ghost would be there no matter if the door was closed or open, and then we could here some crying or whining what ever. So Marianne that is the story of Kobus.

Then the new house , it is exactly ten kilometre from our place, so easy to bike.
