CANADA part 2

The town where I probably would like to live. (possibly when we are retired.)
Toronto Island: The building on the left side of the island (photo below) is the place where I worked 40 years ago , thanks to Jack Dwyer , we talked about it when we were at there place.
Thank you again Jack and Ingrid.

Down Town.

Tineke in the CN tower.

The bridge in the top of the picture is the " Bathurst bridge", on the internet you can read more about this bridge. Later you will see a picture which is very special, it has barstools.

Tineke and Fokke having a nice meal in the top of the CN tower. We spared no expense for this meal.

Yes, this is the " Bathurst bridge " again. Why in gods name are there three bar stools, I thought I'd go sit there and see if someone offers me a drink.

This is the house that I would like to buy, it is in the middle of the city near China town, it's a quiet neighbourhood where we can shop. The only draw back is that it would take years to fix up. Tineke thinks it is not a good idea, we should only dream about it.

CANADA part 1

Ons eerste bezoek bij Steve and Stacey Dwyer and their son Nolan at Caledon.

Jack and Ingrid came over with the two kids of Michael, enjoying steaks. Also Michael himself , John, and Peter and his girlfriend are there. Later came Michael ( of Tante Beth) with his daughter Laura for a short visit. We all had a good time.

Cheltenham Badlands.
Stacey drove us the next day to Toronto downtown.
Thank you Steve and Stacey for the hospitality.
